All prices are indicated in euro, per apartment, per day.

The prices include: bed linen and towels with weekly change, heating, electricity, outdoor parking, final cleaning, use of ski/bike storage, Mobilcard South Tyrol. Upon request, we provide baby cots. Small pets are accepted in case of prior arrangement.

The apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday, other arrival and departure days are subject to request and availability. On the arrival day, the apartments are available starting from 3 p.m. and on the departure day we kindly ask you to leave your apartment before 9 a.m.

A reservation is valid only after the payment of the deposit equal to 1/3 of the total price and after our written confirmation of its receipt. The deposit should be paid within 5 days from the reservation request.

Credit cards are not accepted. We kindly ask you to make all payments by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

In case of late arrivals, early departures, no show and lower number of guests, the entire price of your stay will be billed according to the original reservation terms.

The prices don’t include the local tourist tax, equal to €2,60 per day per person (over 14 years old). The tax is to be paid on-site.

We kindly ask our guests:

• to phone us beforehand if you arrive after 7 p.m.;
• to inform us in advance in case of any change in the number of guests;
• not to smoke in the apartments and on the balconies.
